Mom, Look! The Giraffes!

"This picture was taken on my 2nd stay at Animal Kingdom Villas staying in Jambo House --Thanksgiving 2008-- with a Savannah View 1 bedroom in the DVC rooms.  It was hard leaving the room each day because of the wonderful view watching the animals.  This was my last full day enjoying my room and even with the construction I enjoyed my "Home Away from Home" and cannot wait to return this coming Thanksgiving in 2010!  I will be staying in Kidani Village again with a Savannah View watching the animals!"

A Familiar Skyline

On the way in or out of Anandapur, our Everest overlook offers one of the best views of the mountain. In the foreground of this grand vista, you'll see a very special temple that has been built by the villagers. If you study the forms of it, you'll see the peaks and masses closely mimicking the mountain range behind it.
